With a ribbed rim and flaring foot, the handle with notched decoration, the shoulder incised with two encircling linear bands. There is a similarly decorated miniature Hellenistic alabaster amphora with ribbed lip and stepped foot from the Cesnola collection in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, acc. no. 74.51.5135.
